Our story

In 2010, Eric Schnaible identified a critical problem in the exterior cleaning industry: traditional high-pressure methods were damaging the very properties they were meant to protect. With extensive experience as a commercial and residential building contractor, Eric pioneered a better approach—developing safe, effective non-pressure cleaning techniques that actually deliver superior results.

Anita joined Eric in building the business from the ground up, and together they've created more than just a company—they've built a team and reputation based on trust and quality workmanship. Nearly 15 years later, we continue to lead the industry with the same commitment to excellence that started it all, still family-owned and still serving Northern California from our central Santa Cruz location.
